New status of a closed distribution system (ZDS)

We would like to inform you that as of 1 January 2022, SALONIT ANHOVO, d.d. has the status of a closed distribution system (ZDS). Permission to obtain the status of a closed distribution system was obtained by the company on the basis of a decision issued by the Energy Agency. Therefore, all suppliers are asked to arrange a declaration of operating forecasts in accordance with the Rules for the Operation of the Electricity Market in the event that you are a supplier in this ZDS or other ZDS and distribution areas (DO). SALONIT ANHOVO, d.d. is also included in the balance scheme as of 01.01.2022, as the balance subgroup responsinble party in the balance subgroup E 3, d.o.o., which is in the balance group of PETROL d.d., Ljubljana.

Problems with signing XML files

You may experience problems when signing closed contracts and operational forecasts after installing Microsoft Windows update (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4482887/windows-10-update-kb4482887). In order to avoid problems, we suggest you to not install the mentioned update on the computers through which you can access to our scheduling system. Since the update is not a critical security fix, we consider that the act does not represent an increase in the existing risk. Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release. We apologize for the inconvenience.

New signature component

Due to safety reasons a new signature component is available on our VR5 application, which is located on the Profile> “Installation of Components” sub-site. Please uninstall old version and install the new component cM.Client.Web.Signing.Setup.1.0.10.0 (latest version) until 19th April. After that date import and signing of the XML documents no longer will be supported with older signature components.

Information about VR5 application

Due to safety concerns posed by the use of older browsers, we will no longer support risky protocols and encryption (encryption of messages) in the VR5 application for reporting of closed contracts and schedules from the first half of January 2017 onwards. For users of the VR5 application, this means that the latter will no longer be accessible via older versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer that do not support the newer encryption protocols (TLS). If you have installed the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer version 11, we do not expect any problems in the further use of the VR5 application. If you have installed the latest version of the browser and you still have problems accessing the VR5 application, please check if the TLS protocol in your browser is turned on.

Borzen d.o.o. prepared new application for registration of closed contracts and operational forecasts. In the application it is possible to register closed contracts and operational forecasts for delivery date 1st October 2016 and onwards. Registration of closed contracts and operational forecasts for delivery dates until 30th September is possible only via e-mail recording@borzen.si. The deadline for recording of closed contracts and operational forecasts remain unchanged.
